Quotation requests

When you submit a quotation request, YAQIXIN collects the details you choose to provide, such as company or buyer name, contact information, fabric interest, quantity, message and the page where the request was made. We use these details only to prepare and follow up on your fabric quotation, sample or sourcing request.

Source information

We record the page path, the referring website origin and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium and campaign when available. Query strings and URL fragments are not sent with quotation requests, and campaign fields are length-limited. This helps us understand which marketing activities create genuine business inquiries. We do not send contact names, email addresses, phone numbers or message contents to Google Analytics.

Service providers

Quotation submissions are sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which receives the fields you submit and relays them to YAQIXIN at sales@yaqixintextile.com so that the sales team can receive and follow up on the request. You may also choose to continue the conversation through either WhatsApp contact shown on the website. WhatsApp is user-initiated; YAQIXIN does not add you to a marketing list without your request.

International transfers and retention

FormSubmit, Google Analytics and WhatsApp are third-party services that may process or transmit information outside your country, including across borders. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in a quotation request. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days; YAQIXIN keeps inquiry emails and quotation details only for as long as needed for quotation, sample, order or legal follow-up, then deletes or anonymizes them when they are no longer required.

Analytics and cookies

YAQIXIN uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website use and improve the buyer journey. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion of the information you submitted, email sales@yaqixintextile.com or contact us through the WhatsApp quotation options on this website and include enough detail for us to identify your request.
